Xposed Framework is the best way to Customise and Add Features in Stock Android if the device is Rooted. Many Xposed Modules Available to Customise different versions of Android. Since in Lollipop Google Had changed complete Binaries and ART is used instead of Dalvik cache. So Complete Framework should be modified for Modules to work in Lollipop.
As of now while posting this post Xposed Framework for Lollipop is now officially available as Alpha build. It may take some time for all modules to be working in android 5.0 . Xposed installer is required for installing Xposed Framework in rooted android device.
