Micromax made an exclusive partnership with Caynogen for launching Yu Yureka in india. Micromax filed a case aganist Oneplus for using Caynogen branding on Oneplus One smartphone.Delhi court ordered Oneplus to stop selling Oneplus One in india this lead Oneplus to make their own Os since Caynogen refused to give updates for indian Oneplus One smartphones.
